Mercedes-Benz AG is your first automobile maker to choose an equity stake from start-up H2 Green Steel (H2GS) as a means to present CO2-free steel to series production.

The partnership with HSGS is just another step towards CO2 neutrality, which Mercedes-Benz is currently pursuing within Ambition 2039, its aim to reach a totally connected and CO2 unbiased automobile fleet in 2039 – twenty years before compared to EU legislation takes place.
