Gurgaon: The condition of the cold wave is likely to grip the city for the next three days with the wind of the Himalayas dressed in snow entering the region, IMD said on Thursday.
Wake up to a cold morning with a minimum temperature recorded at 6 degrees Celsius on Thursday.
This is accompanied by a shallow fog that envelops several parts of the city which also reduces visibility to 700 meters in the morning.
Some cloudy conditions also carry the day during the day to 18.5 degrees Celsius – two notches below normal.
On Wednesday, the minimum temperature was completed at 8.2 degrees Celsius, while the maximum at 19.4 degrees Celsius.
According to the Ministry of Meet, the minimum temperature is likely to dip further with the opportunity for cold wave conditions on New Year’s Day.
“The cold wind of the eldest mountains began to blow towards the city.
This has resulted in soaking at the level of mercury.
The temperature is expected to fall a little for the next three days with the possibility of cold wave conditions.
Medium to solid fog conditions are also expected in remote areas,” said an IMD official.
According to weekly estimates, there will be some cloudy conditions on Friday, with a minimum and maximum temperature that may exist around 6 and 20 degrees Celsius, respectively -Turut.
Aqi readings as a whole at 257 compared to 258 on Wednesday.
