Met Dept estimate heavy rain in Goa for the next five days

Panaji: The combined effect of the low-pressure area which is well marked on the coast of Bangladesh and adjacent West Bengal and offshore stretching from South Gujarat Beach to Kerala Utara Beach is likely to produce heavy rainfall over the next five days.
The Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) has stated in the bulletin that the system in West Bengal is likely to start moving for the next 48 hours.
