Metro Chugs, there is no red signal for those who are not vaccinated

Nagpur: Sunday afternoon and Zero Mile Metro Station have two passengers waiting for the train to Khapri.
The seat was almost entirely occupied immediately after the train crossed Sitabuldi station.
Every other passenger took Selfie before sitting down, it seemed to catch their first trip on the Metro train.

“The train is just in a hurry on weekends when the family comes to the joyride,” said the staff.
Taking a ride on the route, TOI comes across family, couples and young people for vacation, among others who are traveling for some work or others.
Toi has also traveled from Zero Mile station to the airport last Wednesday, when a large number of passengers were seen.

At Sitabuldi Station, Toi was not requested for proof of vaccination at the ticket counter.
There are queues at all counters.
A Metro staff who managed the crowd said they did not insist on any vaccination evidence.
Commenting on the situation, a spokesman for Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation said while the rules were being followed, it was up to the public to work together.
A staff moved, asking people to wear a mask on the Khapri route.
“My office is in Dharampeth and I prefer to take the metro,” said Prakash Wagh, a fortune teller who rose from Vasudev Nagar, near Hingna, on Sunday.
He will accept his family back from Amravati.
“They will reach Sitabuldi Station and we will return with the same train.
On weekdays, sometimes I am the only passenger,” he added.
Sitting in the opposite seat, said Syed Irfan, “My house was in Kampee and I worked in a food together in Hingna.
I got a call that my child suffered a fever so I rushed home.
I can reach Sitabuldi quickly through the metro and will take Autorickshaw for the rest of the trip.
“Some students who underwent their exam also found the metro comfortable.
Back on the Zero Mile route to Khapri, Pramod Wadate (in the age of fifties) and his wife was busy clicking on the scenery images and scenes.
“We came only to feel it,” he said.
Wawah, who taught at a college in Mohpa, said he had to go to college every day.
“It will be very useful if a train goes to a further location like Mohpa or Kalmeshwar,” he added.
Two girls who ride at Vasudev Nagar on the location down after several stations.
“We prefer to travel by train regularly,” said one of them.
When the trip ended, most passengers on the Khapri route took the same train on the way back.
At Lokmanya Nagar in Hingna, the amount reduced on the way back.
