Chennai: With the limited Rail Metro Chennai plan to start phase-II working in the corridor that was elevated from the Kodambakkam Power House to Junction, the traffic was diverted on a portion of the Arcot road with a trial time from 8am to 11:00.
It will be done on Monday too.
Home Power Kodambakkam to Junction Stretch is part of the corridor 4 connecting a light house with Poonamallee.
House Power To Poonamallee will be an elevated line while the rest of the Metro Stretch will be underground.
On Sunday, the movement of the vehicle on the Arcot road from the 80-foot road intersection to Lower House was made in one direction.
The vehicle took place from the Kodambakkam bridge towards Vapuralani, Saligramam and the porur was asked to take compulsory at the intersection of the power house and was transferred through Ambedkar Salai – Ashok Nagar Police Station Junction Right – Lakshman Sruthi Signal / Jawaharlal Nehru Road – PT Rajan Salai – 80 feet of the road and on the road Arcot.
There is no redirection for vehicles from shape to the Kodambakkam.
The driver of the core towards KK Nagar was not allowed to turn to the 80-foot road.
They must achieve a vadung signal and make the right to achieve their goals through PT Rajan Salai.
