New Delhi: MG Motor India on Wednesday launched a concise Astor SUV.
It will be on display in the MG showroom from September 19 and the order will begin soon after.
The company calls the first AI ASTOR car in India and also becomes the first car in the segment to offer a DAS (advanced driving assistant system).
A-das Level-2 allows 14 functions.
Astor offers leading segment features such as descendants of hill, heated orvms, steering mode, 80+ connected commands and digital keys with Bluetooth Tech.
Astor will come in three interior color choices – Sangria Red, Ivory Icon and Black Tuxedo.
The driver’s seat can be adjusted with 6-way electricity while the interior packs 10.1 inch infotainment and 7-inch driver display.
MG Astor will be powered by two machine options.
The 1.3-liter turbo petrol engine is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission and issued 140 horsepower and 220 nm of peak torque.
The gasoline engine that is sucked naturally gets an 8-speed CVT option or manual transmission and produces 110 hp and 144 nm.
This car ensures a safer driving experience with 27 standard safety features such as ESP, TCS and HDC.
