NEW DELHI: Automaker MG Motor India on Monday said it’s re-launched its programme to supply some simple vehicle care providers at the doorstep of its own clients towards the coronavirus pandemic.
The business said it’s re-introduced’MG CARE in Home’ strategy to provide select services by technicians, that are trained to adhere to all security protocols,” the business said in an announcement.
The secure and contactless services in the clients’ homes comprise auto sanitisation and fumigation, overall vehicle checkup, and automobile dry wash as well as minor fixes and fitments, it included.
“Our goal is to provide our clients the services and assurance in the comfort of the houses in the new ordinary.
While social distancing and mandatory norms are stuck to onsite, the team undergoes an extra coating of the test before seeing the clients’ houses,” MG Motor India Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President Gaurav Gupta mentioned.
The initiative is also to other contactless programmes introduced from the firm like a voice-guided sound presentation at dealerships along with a digital pack of adventures for internet vehicle buy, he further added.
Crucial repairs and body shop work will nevertheless continue to get performed in the automaker’s support centers, the business noted.
