Chennai: Sundaram’s asset management, a subsidiary of 100% of Sundaram Finance, has obtained SBI approval and approval from the Indian Competition Commission (CCI) for the purchase of the main asset management asset management business (Principal India).
Sundaram will obtain a scheme managed by the Indian Principal and obtained 100% of the stock capital of the main asset management, the Principal Trustee Company, and the principal’s retirement advisor, as announced in January.
Transactions are subject to compliance with the process and fulfillment which is determined by the joint agreed requirements to handle the closure, said Sundaram.
The regulators require ‘free window out’ for investors to redeem their investment, where the exit load applies.
