Panaji: With students face difficulties in attending online classes because of poor connectivity, Senior MGP official Ramkrishna ‘Sudin’ Dhavalikar on Monday demands online class suspension until the network problem is resolved.
He also demanded that students from a bad background be given free smartphones.
In the memorandum submitted to the Head of the Pramod Minister Sawant, Dhavalikar said, “Because of the pandemic, parents lose their jobs and their businesses have been closed.
In such circumstances, how will they buy smartphones for their children?”
Referring to media reports in connection with poor connectivity throughout the country, Dhavalikar said “I want the government to stop online education until the necessary infrastructure is placed to increase connectivity.”

Dhavalikar said that the right connectivity must achieve all parts of the country because there is a network problem in the Panaji too.
Marcaim Mla said that he would move the calling movement of the call on this problem and if the speaker did not allow him, he would sit in a home well.
“This is a very important problem because it is connected to the future of children and the government cannot play with the lives of students,” he said
Dhavalikar added that the teachers must be given training for online education and that the state government must ensure that the teachers visit poor students’ homes.
By stating that the government had failed in front of education, he said, “We must provide quality education in rural areas.”
MGP also sends memorandum for both collectors.
Dhavalikar said that from Tuesday, they will submit a memorandum for all representatives of collectors as well.
