New Delhi: The week after Delhi Lieutenant Governor of Anil Baijal has referred to this issue to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in July for his consideration, MHA recommended an initial inquiry by the Central Bureau of Investigation into the procurement of 1,000 lower floors by the Delhi Government, the saying was quoted by officials said on Thursday.
