New Delhi: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has recovered the FCRA registration of the Missionary Missionary Teresa after submitting the documents needed to the relevant department a few days ago, the government’s source said on Saturday.
Previously on December 25, 2021, MHA has refused to renew the FCRA license from NGOs, which was founded by the late Nobel Laureate core, because of several “adverse inputs”.
The Ministry of Houses Uni on December 27 said the application of FCRA updates from charity missionaries was rejected on December 25 because it did not meet certain feasibility conditions.
FCRA Law or Foreign Contributions (Regulations), 2010, provides legal mechanisms to deal with violations of its provisions by NGOs.
Nearly 6,000 organizations lose their FCRA license on January 1, well because they failed to update them or their application was rejected.
