Mumbai: The authority of the development area of the Maharashtra (MHADA) housing area has proposed to attract its headquarters and build a large new complex consisting of four towers.
Officials said the proposal was still on the drawing board and it was estimated at RS 1,230 Crore.
Mhada has proposed commercially exploiting two acres of plots bordering the West Highway Express in Bandra.
This proposal is to use one of the towers as the head office and three remaining rent / sell generate funds for reconstruction.
Authority plans to float the expression of interest in the project.
Administrative approval is awaited.
