Micro detention zone is increasing

Bengaluru has 101 zones at this time with Mahadevapura having the highest; authorities say they are more worried about tiring Covid norms
The number of micro detention zones in Bengaluru has risen to more than 100.
Authorities say that because the size of each detention zone has been reduced to three out of 10, and the tiring people of Covid rules are bigger causes to worry.
At present, there are 101 active registration zones within the limits of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanaagara (BBMP) with the highest of Mahadevapura (29).
Bommanahalli second was present with 27, East Bengaluru, 19, RR Nagar – who had a zero micro detention zone until recently – had eight, my referral had six, Dasarahalli had five, South Bengaluru had three and Bengaluru.
Cumulatively, there are 676 detention zones within the limits of the BBMP, 573 of them have been disabled.

The head of the BBMP Commissioner Gaurav Gupta said that the increase in the micro detention zone was not a concern because people had been quarantined.
“We need to worry about those who roam without following covid behavior like wearing a mask.
When we trace the history of travel from those who test positive, we know that most of them have been to crowded places such as marriage or other areas.
“Gupta said that Covid cases were controlled because the city’s daily number was in the range of 300 to 500.
“Previously, we used to make detention zones when more than 10 people were tested positively in one place but now we have reduced it into three and hence the number of detention zones also rose,” Gupta said.
In accordance with the BBMP war room data, 89.9 percent of the general bed, 92.6 percent of the hdu bed, 89.8 percent of ICU beds and 86.2 percent of blank ventilated beds in government and college hospitals medical.
Worries more than the availability of vaccines.
On July 18, 36,242 people were vaccinated at its peak on July 27 when 67,428 people were given a dose and then dipped to 32,807 on July 25.
The availability of vaccines is not in accordance with our expectations.
Even though we have the capacity to vaccinate up to 1 lakh people a day, we cannot do it because of lack of vaccines – Gaurav Gupta, Commissioner of the BBMP
Gupta said: “The availability of vaccines is not in accordance with our expectations.
So far, 60 percent of qualified recipients have been partially vaccinated (with one dose) and 16 percent fully (with two doses).
However, we have not been able to follow the steps.
Our plan is To vaccinate at least 70 percent of the qualified population.

He also said that 60 percent of people in Bengaluru have antibodies according to the seroprevalence survey.
Covid case saw a gradual increase
Covid cases saw a small surge on Thursday with 2,052 cases reported in the state including 506 in Bengaluru.
There are 35 deaths reported in the state including nine in Bengaluru.
The total level of peposititivity is 1.37 percent and the case mortality rate is 1.7 percent.
Over the past two days, active cases also began to increase.
On Thursday, active cases in Bengaluru were 8,416 and 23,253 in Karnataka.
The Supreme Commissioner of the Bbmp Gaurav Gupta instructed officials to take precautions and improve testing and conducting contacts in the area with a larger number of Covid cases.
He also said that the penalty must be imposed on non-compliance with Covid norms in public.
On events, especially marriage, Covid norms must be followed.
Special commissioner D Randeep said that the average 400 Covid cases were reported every day in the city.
