Microsoft has announced a new Xbox game headset only called ‘Xbox Stereo Headset’ for $ 59.99 throughout the world.
Headsets are available for pre-orders from Microsoft Store and other select retailers start today.
This will be available starting September 22.
The Xbox stereo headset is a cable headset and is equipped with support for spatial sound technology which includes Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos, and DTS headphones: X.
Needed after the Xbox wireless headset in many features and hence, has had control in the ear and large earcups, according to Microsoft .
Mic can be adjusted and can be tucked when it is not needed.
The headset is not equipped with any battery and is intended to connect directly to the Xbox wireless controller through a 3.5mm audio jack.
Xbox stereo headsets are compatible with the Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 pcs with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
In a BlogPost, Jessica Tsujikawa, senior marketing manager, Xbox, said: “To produce the best experience throughout the game, chat teams, music, and movies, the team set a headset to replicate the source of the audio recording desired by the creator intended you have experienced.
