Microsoft plans to add text prediction features in the edge browser.
Tech Giant has said that it will use Intelligence Intelligence (AI) technology and in-house machines to suggest words to users when they type.
This company launches features for Windows 10 and Windows 11 users who are part of the Canary Browser channel.
For those who don’t know, the text prediction feature helps you write faster and with fewer mistakes by taking what you have typed and predict what you want to say next.
This feature displays predictions as gray suggestions wherever you write online.
To receive predictions displayed, you can press “tab” or “right arrow”, and it will be automatically inserted into your writing.
At present, text predictions are only available for people in using Windows but the company has announced it will expand support for features in the upcoming release.
The company also reportedly worked to add the new ‘game’ panel in the browser.
According to a report by Neowin, Tipster Leopeva64 is known to have seen a new panel in the latest version of Canary Edge.
Further reports stated that this feature is currently only available for several users and disabled by default.
This feature needs to be turned off by entering settings> Appearance> Game keys.
According to the report, after activating the feature, the user will be able to see the game button on Omnibar.
Clicking the new button will open the panel on the right side of the browser window.
Panels include various categories of HTML5 games such as arcade, boards & cards, puzzles, sports, casual, and more.
For those who do not know, HTML 5 games can be played right in the browser without downloading any application or file but these games require an active internet connection.
