Jaipur: Medical students and Veterinary are among the 21 who were arrested in two separate attacks in Jaipur and Sirar to take money from the Candidate of NEET (national feasibility entrance test) by promising dummy field candidates.
Pratap Nagar Sho Balveer Singh said six MBBS students Ruhs (Rajasthan University of Health Sciences), two students from a veterinary college and two kingpins were part of 10 gang members held from a hotel in Haldi Ghati.
Sikar Police confiscated the N95 mask sewn with MICS connected with wireless earpieces from the gang of 11 members involved in the Candidate of Selingkuh Neet with promising dummy field candidates.
Police said the defendant had used the N95 mask hoping that no one would check the mask in the examination centers.
NEET-UG is scheduled for Sunday.
SP Kunwar Rashtradeep said the police had received information about the gang which premedied Neet candidates.
A special team was constructed that catching 11 identified as Dinesh Bajiya, Ramesh Kumar, Naresh Kumar, Ashok Kumar, Virendra Choudhary, Om Prakash, Harish Kumar, Anoop Choudhary, Rajendra Sharda, Venkatesh Prasad and Diesh Kumar.
Police Sirar found that the defendant had bought several N95 masks and cleverly sewed advanced communication devices in the mask that could be used to attend calls.
“It’s stiff on the N95 mask.
The gang hides a small battery-speaking device operated in one layer of mask.
We also recover the micro ears that cannot be easily seen from afar because they fit into the ear,” said Rashtradeep.
According to SP, gang has purchased devices from online shopping websites.
“Small devices installed on the mask have a nano and battery sim and function as a receptor.
This device can attend incoming calls by pressing the button,” Rashtradeep said.
The police claimed that the defendant was involved in a promising cheat candidate to send proxy candidates in return for strong amounts.
Police said that several defendants were Bachelor of Ayurveda, medicine, and surgery (BAMS).
“We also found several checks from the defendant, allegedly given by candidates,” Rashtradeep.
