Gurgaon: A 21-year-old migrant worker, who was beaten to death in the badminton academy last Monday, was one of four people mentioned in the complaint submitted by the Father of a little girl dedicated to that day.
Based on complaints, a FIR has been submitted against Anuj Kumar, migrant workers, brother-in-law Sanjay, Chandan, a private contractor, and Rahul, who believed to truly persecute the girl.
According to police, Anuj, Sanjay and Chandan have gathered in the same place where the 17-year-old girl, a trainee at Academy Badminton, is allegedly persecuted.
The account given by the girl’s father, a Cabd in Delhi, on Monday contrary to the order of events so far by the police.
The police said that Anuj and Sanjay were mistakenly identified by the girl as Molester’s hand.
Last Monday, both of them were in the 37C sector to meet Chandan, who had promised to provide work to Anuj, when they were bundled into the car and were taken to the Badminton academy by a group that came to the help of the girl.
Despite repeated requests that they were innocent, Anuj and Sanjay were bound to the pole and were allegedly beaten with sticks and stems for almost three hours.
Chandan was taken to the academy later and was removed too.
Anuj gave up on an injury before he could be taken to the hospital.
It has been accused of that Manjeet, a manager at the Academy, beat the trio for almost three hours.
Manjeet was arrested on August 6 which nested in filing complaints by Sanjay also mentioned punites, who managed the canteen at the Academy, and Manish, the girl coach.
On Monday, the girl’s father accused her complaint that Rahul followed him on a bicycle and stopped near Anuj, Sanjay and Chandan spoke among themselves.
Four were allegedly surrounded by the little boy, and two of them tried to drag him to empty flat nearby.
The girl, according to her father, managed to escape and take refuge in a house.
He then called his coach, in turn, asked Manjeet to save the girl.
Manjeet, said the complaint, drove the girl to the academy.
The girl’s father also accused Anuj and the others followed the girl to the academy and tried to kidnap him from there too.
While Anuj, Sanjay and Chandan were arrested by a horde, Rahul managed to escape, he claimed.
Even though there was a request by Binda Prasad, cleaners at the Academy, and Manish, the coach, the horde beat all three.
His complaint, however, did not determine how Anuj died.
The girl’s father also claims whether it is not to Manjeet, his daughter will be raped and killed.
Police said that Manish was not present at the Academy during the attack last week.
Binda Prasad was arrested along with Manjeet.
Police have not been able to scan CCTV recordings at the Academy because the digital video recorder is lost.
Based on Father’s complaints, ANUJ and the other three have been ordered below Section 34 (general intentions), 341 (wrong restraints), 365 (kidnapping), 506 (criminal intimidation) IPC and the provisions of the protection of children from sexual offense actions (Pocso).
ACP (crime) Preet Pal Sangwan said, “We verify the facts and actions will be taken accordingly.”
