Miliai leader of the oath guard was charged with a calm conspiracy at US Capitol Riot

WASHINGTON: The US prosecutor on Thursday charged Stewart Rhodes, the founder of a remote oath guard militia, and 10 other people with a calm conspiracy for their role on January 6, 2021, attacks on Capitol.
It marked the prosecutor first brought the accusation against the defendant in the attack.
Crime is defined as an effort “to overthrow, put or destroy by forcing the United States government.” Supporters of former President Donald Trump that day invaded the Capitol in an attempt to fail to stop the Congress to declare the loss of his election to President Joe Biden.
The attack took place shortly after Trump in a speech repeating his fals claims that the loss was the result of widespread voting fraud and urged his supporters to go to the Capitol and “fight like hell” to stop the election from being stolen.
The oath guards are a group of loosely organized activists who believe that the federal government violates their rights, and focuses on recruiting today and former police, emergency services and military members.
The prosecutor said that early at the end of December 2020, Rhodes used private encrypted communication to plan to travel to Washington on January 6.
He and other people plan to bring weapons to the area to help support the operation, they said.
While some members of the oath guard rushed into the building wearing tactical equipment, the others were still placed outside what they considered the “fast response power”, which was prepared to quickly transport weapons into the city, the prosecutor said.
The charges accused Thomas Caldwell, a defendant in this case, and Edward Vallejo Arizona, the new defendant in this case, is responsible for coordinating this fast response style team.
A calm conspiracy is a crime that carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
Nine of the 11 defendants had faced other charges.
US General Prosecutor Merrick Garland, on the day before the anniversary of the attack last week, vowed to request anyone’s responsibility involved in the riots.
The department has collected more than 725 people with crimes arising from the attack.
From those people, around 165 have pleaded guilty and at least 70 has been sentenced.
Garland said the Ministry of Justice will “follow the facts wherever they lead.” Over the years, the Ministry of Justice obtained a conspiracy confidence that hung against Puerto Rican nationalist and suspected of Islamic militants including Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman, radical Islamic pastors known as “Sheikh blind.” The cost of a calm conspiracy prominent in the case of the federal authority brought in 1987 against the leaders and members of the Neo-Nazi group known as orders.
Fourteen alleged members or supporters were charged with 10 facing the amount of calm conspiracy.
After a two-month trial, a jury released all the defendants.
