Mim Morcha in Mumbai though part 144 over Omicron

Mumbai: Regardless of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CRPC) Part 144 has been put in place in the city for two days forbid demonstrations and protested the parade to stop the spread of Omicron, all Indian Marglate Ittihadul Muslimeen (MIM) brought Morcha to the city to request Muslim reservations and property protection Wakf Saturday.
It sounds victory, MIM MP IMTIAZ JALEEL from Aurangabad announced on a rally in Chandivali on Saturday: “Mumbai, you play aa style (Mumbai, I’ve come).” Led by Jalael, Morcha members left Aurangabad in the morning and despite the police’s efforts to stop them in several places, they reached a land rally in Chandivaka near Sakinaka.
Reacting to MIM Rally, Interior Minister Dilip Walse Patil, said: “To maintain the law and order and control the spread of Omicron, Mumbai police have published part 144 in the city today.
There is no Morcha, demonstrations or large meetings permitted.
We appeal to all People not to break the law …
I am willing to talk to Jalael if needed.
We can understand their sentiment but the current rally is not right.
“Head of MIM and MP Hyderabad Asaduddin Owaisa attacked the government led by Uddhav Thackeray for stopping” Tiranga Rally “.
He asked if part 144 would be applied when the former Congress President Rahul Gandhi visited Mumbai.
Owaici also claims some comparative numbers about Muslims and Maratha.
Justifying Muslim orders, he said there were only 4% of Muslim graduates in Maharashtra while only 22% of children from the community received elementary school entrance tickets.
Quoting data, he claimed 83% of Muslims did not have land against 8% maratha without land in the state.
He claimed there were 14.5% of Maratha IAS’s officers on zero per cent of the IAS Muslim officers in the state.
Attacking the state government, Jalael said, “Some people don’t want us to reach here.
We were allowed to come when we threatened that our people from all Maharashtra would catch trains and storms of Mumbai.
The clerk spoke to someone above and we were allowed,” said Jalael.
He repeated the request to return 93,000 hectares of Tanah Wakf to the Wakf Council.
Without naming the former Minister Arif Naseem Khan who has represented the Chandivali area in the Assembly, Jalael said, “He (Naseem Khan) was lost because of MIM and still he asked who Owaize.” Jaleel also runs a video clip of many political leaders who support demand for Muslim reservations.
Former MLA Waris Pathhan said this was just a trailer but MIM activist would fill the language.
City President Mim Faiyaz Khan claimed MIM had become stronger.
