“I ordered my keto food online and I had read on it so I knew what macro and micros.
I am vegetarian almost 29 days a month and my keto food is vegetarian.
I also do Omad (one meal a day) occasionally.
Walking and Crossfit is also part of my regimen, but I would say the key lies in the diet.
Keto has a deep effect not only on the way I see but at my energy level.
I don’t feel boring or tired at all with it.
