New Delhi: Uni Education Minister Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ on Monday launched a national initiative for proficiency in reading with understanding and numeracy (Nipun Bharat) to ensure that every child in this country achieves basic literacy and counting at the end of grade 3, in 2026- 27.
The mission planned in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) has only been launched under the sponsored scheme of Samagra Shiksha sponsored.
