Ranchi: Education Minister Jagarnath Mahto, Mla Mathura Mahto and former JMM MLA Yogendra Prasad on Monday met with the minister of head Hemant Soren and urged him to attract regional language status to Bhojpuri, Maghi and Angika in Bokaro and Dhanbad districts.
During the meeting of CM, the minister said the state students and residents were nervous about the government’s decision.
They claim that BHOJPURI, Maghi and Angika are spoken by a very small part of the urban area and the number of people who speak Bhojpuri can be ignored in the BJP MLA villages from Dhanbad and Bokaro along with us to meet CM on this problem.
People must be sure that their fear will be intended.
“He also said BJP MLA was looking for the implementation of Bhojpuri and Maghi in Vidhan Sabha but took the opposite stance in the villages.
