Minister of Capil Aggarwal surrendered in court, get a guarantee

Muzaffarnagar: Minister of Uttar Pradesh Kapil Aggarwal, who faced three criminal cases, on Thursday giving up before a special court here and guarantees.
Aggarwal, Minister of State for Development of Vocational Education and Skills, was ordered in two cases of illegal commandments in the area of the new bathing station and the Kotwali police station area in 2016 and related cases of disrupting train services in 2012.
However, the accusation is framed against BJP MLA from Muzaffarnagar in one of the cases where he took the show in the Kotwali police station area and violated the command of debt.
Police have ordered several BJP activists, including agggarwal, under the relevant section of the law.
The Special Judge Gopal Upadhyay provided guarantees to Aggarwal to provide two surets each of the Rs 20,000 each and repair September 8 as the next date for further hearing.
