New Delhi: Education Minister UNI Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ resigned from his position on Wednesday quoting health reasons, according to the source.
Pokhriyal, which was positively tested for Covid-19 on April 21, was accepted at AIIMS in June again after Post Covid complications.
The former Main Minister of Uttarakhand took over as HRD minister in May 2019.
His resignation came ahead of the union cabinet expansion scheduled for tonight.
