Ranchi: Minister of Jharkhand for Art, Culture and Sports, Hafiz Ul Hassan, made a mistake on Friday when he praised the former Prime Minister “Late” Manmohan Singh while inaugurating the roundabout at Madhupur in Deoghar named former President Dr.
Apj Abdul Kalam.
On Saturday, Hassan apologized to Singh’s family members, compatriot and the nation to make mistakes.
He said, “I apologize for this surprise and apologize to our PM, family members and compatriots too.” Hassan claimed that he fell prey to falsify social media news.
He even tweeted his apology and posted it on his Facebook page.
During the event, he praised Singh for bringing India ahead on the development route but in the same breath offered spelling which said that the country had lost him.
Media adviser minister, Sami Alam, said Hassan was full of regret after making a mistake and had submitted an unconditional apology.
“He has prayed for long life from Singh and learned lessons about social media in the future,” said nature.
