The minister said, in previous years, the number of seats in many schools thus increased, starting from 10-20 percent, every time the seats run out.
Noting that the results of the ICSE and CBSE examination have not been announced, the Dash said the government would assess the situation and take the right steps after the results came out.
“There will be no problems regarding the number of seats.
There will be no situation where students cannot learn due to lack of seats,” he said.
This year’s evaluation process has provided a 40 percent battery at the highest sign obtained in class 9 in each subject, while the remaining 60 percent is based on the practice test conducted in class 10.
