The cycle rally starting from the Gate Lehripura concluded near the dome of the Faculty of Art University M and arranged by the police department.
By stating that the battle against Covid was still on, Sanghvi urged residents to celebrate Navratri carefully by following all Covid guidelines.
Interestingly, civilians ensure that no cows are lost on the road by the Minister on Thursday.
The police will also patrol at night from Thursday night to ensure that there are no unwanted incidents during the Navratri celebration.
