Mumbai: National Green Tribunal (NGT) issued a notification to the Minister of Transport Anil Paratab to present itself or represented through legal representatives authorized before the court on November 25.
NGT said the application by Kirit BJP Somaiya against Puriab and the Maharashtra government would do so heard to enter.
Somaiya has accused that the parab conducted illegal development of the seafront resort in Dapoli in Ratnagiri without environmental permission.
He complained to the Department of State Environment and Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and Lok Ayankta.
“The government, in his report to Lok Ayukta, admitted that this resort was illegal but did nothing to destroy it,” Somaiya said.
Purib filed a lawsuit of RS 100 Crore’s deficacy against Somaiya.
Previously, Somaiya complained about illegal structures built by Puriab in the Mhada room in Bandra (e).
While Puriab revealed the structure, Mhada, who had issued a showcuse notice, pulled it and apologized.
Parab is not available for comments.
