New Delhi: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said on Tuesday that he had tested the positive Covid-19 and experienced mild symptoms.
“Following all the required protocols, I have isolated myself and I am under quarantine.
I ask everyone who has come into contact with me to isolate yourself and be tested,” Gadkari said on Twitter.
Gadkari is among the increasing number of ministers and political leaders who have been positively tested for the virus amid the third wave of ongoing pandemics.
On Monday, Uni Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said he had tested Covid’s positive.
Head of Bihar Minister Nitish Kumar and Head of the Karnataka Minister Basavaraj Bommai was also tested positively in the future.
