Vadodara: The action taken against street vendors who sell non-vegetarian food in Rajkot and direction to ensure that they cover their food at Vadodara, seems to have found support from the Minister of Revenue of Rajendra Trivedi.
When asked about his development, Trivedi said that the path was intended for pedestrians and no one had to do business there.
Trivedi tells media people that the path should not be interrupted and using it for business is a type of land seizure.
“There is ‘Laari’ – vegetables or non-vegetables can not stand there,” he said in Vadodara.
Trivedi said that smoke from non-vegetarian and even vegetarian food had problems and went in their eyes.
He congratulated the Mayor of Vadodara and Rajkot because of taking action.
In other media interactions, Trivedi said broadly reported that ‘laaris’ non-vegetarian and non-vegetarian omelets were used to occupy the path and operate at the time when commuting in dealing with problems.
He added that the appearance of these food goods in public is also inappropriate and can also cause disease.
Trived said that he would urge the police commissioner that ‘Laaris’ and other things blocking the path removed.

At Vadodara, Chairman of the Permanent Committee of Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC), Dr.
Hitendra Patel gave instructions in this matter to officials at the meeting on Wednesday night.
“We ask for vendors to ensure that they do not hang or display non-vegetarian food.
They must remain closed,” Patel said.
The chairman said that this was done to ensure that cleanliness was maintained and sentiments were not hurt.
