Fargo: A 35-year-old man with a long criminal note was charged on Thursday with three charges of murder in shooting in a Fargo factory of a man and a woman who was eight months pregnant.
Anthony Reese JR from Moorhead, Minnesota, was charged with killing Richard Pittman, April Carone and the children of Carone who had not been born after a fight Wednesday at Composite America.
He made his first court appearance on Thursday, where a judge stipulated his bond at $ 2 million and scheduled the initial hearing for December 16.
If convicted of murder, Reese faced the lives of parole without the possibility of parole.
