Rajkot: The Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) at Jamkalyanpur District Devbhumi Dwarka on Tuesday initiated a custodial torture of a small boy who was held in connection with the prohibition case.
JJB has asked the police case related to the 16-year-old boy’s detention newspaper which leveled allegations of custodian torture.
According to the details of the case, six days ago police Jamkalyanpur acted on the village of Raan Rangan Tip-off and reportedly confiscated a bottle of Indian Liquor Liquor (IMFL).
They held a 16-year-old boy during the attack.
When the boy was produced before JJB two days later, he complained to the judge that he was tortured by the police while at the police station.
He also alleged that instead of showing him as a prisoner, the police suspected of torturing him for two days before officially showing him as detained.
The court took awareness of the charges carried out by minors and sent him to the hospital for examination and medical care.
On Tuesday, JJB considering the complaints of the boy and his medical report, had decided to ask the alleged custodian torture made by the minor supervisor case.
He was produced before the Juvenile Justice Board where he legated allegations of torture and the court asked him.
The court has asked us to produce relevant documents such as the copy of the FIR that we will do.
