Jammu: Three people from Jammu and Kashmir who are occupied by Pakistan (POJK), including minors, have been arrested by the army while sneaking into the Indian side through the control line (LOC) in the Union Pousch district, the official source has confirmed.
In accordance with these sources, at first two POJK citizens were detained.
“Then the army personnel posted along the LOC watched the movement along the Loc and found other people trying to slip into the Indian region.
The prisoners have shifted to the nearest army camp,” said the source.
Further sources said the initial probe showed that they were all incidentally entered, but the investigation and legal formality into this problem occurred.
The police also confirmed that some Pojk citizens were detained by the army, but they had not been submitted to the police.
A police officer, in anonymous condition, identified them as a resident of Pojk Danyal Malik (17), Arbaz Rahim (13) and Umair Rahim (9).
