Jaipur: A 14-year-old girl whose mother has submitted a Pocso case against the Father about a month ago has been sent to live with her motherly grandmother until November 20 by the Jaipur Child Welfare Committee (CWC).
According to the official, it seems that the girl has filed a false complaint against her husband because of marriage problems and CWC claims that lately they get a similar case because children who suffer are dragged among the partner’s disputes.
The girl was originally sent to stay with her motherly grandmother, but she escaped from there after being beaten after she was accommodated in a children’s shelter.
CWC member Satyapal Chandolia said, “The Girl’s Mother nested at Jhotwara Police Station about a month ago following it which made him stay at the children’s shelter.
After the family promised to take care of him, he was sent to live with his mother’s grandmother in Chomu where he was apparently beaten After he escaped.
Even though his case under the police investigation, the girl said his father did not commit sexual abuse.
“CWC as a command while sending him to his father’s grandmother so that his education was not affected because the test would come.
“Lately, we have seen that in many cases where children are brought to us in similar circumstances, parents use underage children to file a police complaint that turns out to be wrong.

Officials claimed that the girl could not be sent to live with the Father of the causes of allegations that were still under investigation or to the mother because of their complaints.
