Minor is held to rape 17 years in Himayatgar

Hyderabad: A 17-year-old boy was arrested on Thursday for allegedly raping a girl (17) in Himayattagar on Wednesday.
Teens were picked from Gulbarga where he fled after alleged rape.
According to police Rajendranagar, both of them have become neighbors, but the boy’s family was forced out of the colony after the girl’s parents knew that she did not behave badly with their daughter.
Despite leaving the area, the boy continued to follow the girl, police said.
On Wednesday, the boy allegedly threatened the girl to accompany him to a religious place and then sexually abused him in the bushes in Himayattagar, police said.
He warned him not to reveal the incident to anyone and left the place.
The girl, however, to reach the house told her family that she was sexually harassed.
Based on the complaints given by his parents, a registered case and the boy was arrested at Gulbarga.
The boy was ordered on charges of rape, kidnapping and violations of children’s protection of sexual violations.
The girl, who was in grade 10, was sent for medical examinations.
