Letter: In two rape cases registered in the city on Wednesday, a 16-year-old girl and a 28-year-old married woman accused sexually misused on the promise of the wedding.
A total of four people have been ordered in complaints of rape.
In the first case, an underage child, a class X student from Puna told the police that he had survived to accuse Goswami Kalpeshgiri, a resident of the same area in July 2021.
He proposed his marriage and also worship him.
During courtship, he allegedly raped him several times in the city and then also in his village depla in Bhavnagar.

In the second case, a 28-year-old married woman who worked in a Diamond trading company, allegedly raped several times since 2019 by Mota Varachha residents who promised to marry her.
The woman told the police that accused Rahul Jivani developed friendship with her and began visiting her house where she lived with her husband and two children.
He even separated from her husband in 2021.
Then, Jivani refused to marry her.
The woman was first approached the Kapodra police station in 2021 and submitted a written request.
When the police began to investigate, he reached a compromise with him and did not register fir.
However, when he returned to his promise, the survivors filed FIR at the Sarthana police station.
