New Delhi: The parents of the nine-year-old Dalit girl who were suspected of being raped and killed here, have transferred the Delhi High Court who seeked the constitution of the Special Investigation Team (Sitting) for the investigation monitored by the court into the incident.
In their request, which will be heard by Yogesh Khanna’s justice on Tuesday, the parents of the dead child have stated that they have “there is no confidence in the current investigation” which has now been transferred to the Branch of Police Crime Delhi.
Prayers are also made to provide adequate security and security to them and other witnesses in this case.
The next request was seeking a judicial investigation into the deviation in front of the administration in this case to reveal the reason behind the police’s response delay and “why no vital evidence is maintained”.
They accused “the total focus of the police was to avoid / sabotage the case of” and that parents “were tortured and pressed by the police and his agents to endanger the case”.
“The delay registration of FIR which is too under the runny violation itself shows that the police do not want to give justice,” said the petition submitted through the Jitendra Kumar Jha advocate.
Parents have proposed that they include the largest part of the community and illiteracy and “under the strength and influence of various groups with personal interests.” The little girl Dalit died due to suspicious conditions on August 1 even when her parents accused her, killed and cremated by a crematorium priest in the Delhi Southwest Nangal Village.
