CUDDALORE: The case of handling special trials registered under the protection of children from sexual violations (Pocso) acts in the Cuddalore District of Tamil Nadu on Wednesday sentenced two people to undergo a lifelong prison to rape Gading a girl near Kattannarkoil.
Special court judge M Ezhilalarasi also sentenced two years of hard prison to force little girls to enjoy sexual activity and one year in prison for voluntarily hurt.
All terms will go together.
The judge directed the government to compensate Rs 10 Lakh against victims of small rape.
According to prosecution, B Gunacity alias Thailagar, 34, and D Kattamaniyar alias Jayasarkar, 49, from a village near Kattushannarkoil kidnapped a 13-year-old girl from the same area and took her to an isolated place where they raped it.
The incident occurred on February 12, 2019.
The Minor Girl filed a complaint with the All-Woman Sethiyatope Police on February 15.
The police ordered gunaceans and katt monyar under the Section 5 (hardness of violent sexual penetration) 5 (g) (anyone who penetrated the gang of sexual assault to a child) and 6 (punishment due to penetrative sexual attacks were compounded) from the law and parts of the Pocso 323 (punishment because it voluntarily caused wounds), 366 (a) (small child kakroan) and 376 (punishment for rape) from India criminal codes and arrest them.
On Tuesday, a special court sentenced a 23-year-old man to undergo five years of hard prison to attack a 11-year-old girl in a village near Kattannarkoil.
The Ezhilalarasi Special Court Judge directed the government to pay the compensation of Rs 2 Lakh to the minor victim.
According to prosecution, P Mahimaidoss on March 27, 2019 saw a little girl grazing livestock in a remote area and sexually attacked her.
The girl told her incident to her mother, who filed a complaint with the All-Woman Police SethiatyPe.
Police ordered Mahimaiidoss under the Section 7 (Sexual Assault), 8 (Punishment for sexual violence), 9 (sexual violence violence) and 9 (m) (anyone who committed sexual violence in children under twelve years) from the law Pocso and catch it.
