Mumbai: The couple was caught walking on the railroad between Naigaon and Bhayander on Friday allegedly jumped into Creek Bhayander after being withdrawn by the train police on duty.
While the boy was saved by local fishermen, the girl was still missing.

The couple, 19 years old, was walking on the railway from Naigaon to Bhayander at around 12 noon.
A police officer, Rajendra Chavan, who saw the couple, ran towards them and asked them.
The couple told Chavan that they had no money to buy tickets and walked towards the Bhayander train station.
Even before Chavan can question them further, the girl jumped into the water.
The boy followed him.
