LOS ANGELES: Miramax filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against Director of Quentin Tarantino for the Director’s plan to create and auctioned a series of NFT based on his work on “pulp fiction”.
Entertainment companies accused that the offerings were planned to violate the copyright applicable to the film Director 1994, according to a lawsuit filed in the Federal Court in Los Angeles.
Tarantino recently announced plans to sell seven nft, or non-fungs tokens which are digital works provided unique and attached to certain owners through the technology of Cryptocurrency.
NFTS to start for sale next month including digital copies scanned from the handwriting script page for the defect version of the film, with audio comments and other elements.
Each will also include “Secret” aspects can only be accessed by the owner.
Comments that are looking for emails sent to representatives for Tarantino are not immediately returned.
