Missile engineers fell published because of despair to hope in a letter to the family

Nagpur: Main Bahut Bald Aunga; Baccho plays Nahin Khel Pa Raha Abhi Tumhare Sath; Par Umeed Hain Tumko Pyar Dene Main Aunga.
Doosre to Baccho Ko to Bahut Khilaya, Par Apne Hee Santaan Ki Parvarish Ko Khokla Kar Diya.
(The children I will return, I’m not there with you but hope to return one day.
Very loving to other people’s children, but lose my own children.) The letters are the only connection Family for Nishant Agarwal, a young scientist from Brahmos Aerospace Private Limited, part of the Organization of Research and Defense Development (Drdo).
He has been in isolation cells since two years after his arrest in case of sensitive information related to Brahmos missiles.
Nishant’s words reflected the state of his mind, and his hopes were sticking.
He talked about his longing to return home and continue the life of a normal family and had children.
He has been married for only four months when the Anti-Terror Troops (ATS) of the Uttar Pradesh police arrested him.
The couple has no children.
Nishant has reached the main headline in October 2018 when ATS arrested him under the official secret law.
Allegedly that the official paper of the Brahmos missile leaked through his personal computer through malware.
He was the alleged honey trap, where Nishant interacted with Pakistani agents disguised themselves as young girls.
Agents clandestine planted malware and retrieved data.
This case was transferred to Nagpur a year later, and Nishant also shifted here.
In cell insulation since then, Nishant has not been removed from cells even for the appearance in court.
He was only produced before the court here with ATS after the arrest of October 2018, said his lawyer Prakash Jaiswal.
The accusation sheet was submitted but the trial had not started.
These costs have not been framed, which Nishant must be brought before the court, said Jaiswal.
“The bail application has been moved in the High Court,” he added.
Nishant’s letter written in April showed that he did not lose hope, and was preparing for a strong defense.
The letter has a news clip, in the case of Nambi Narayan in 1994, where the arrest of Isro scientists in a similar case was found illegally.
The function is that ATS cases are based on assumptions or possible leaked data.
There is no strong technical evidence to prove it, he said.
After going through the accusation sheet, he also wrote points to be discussed with lawyers, including four case laws.
Nishant noted that FIR showed the intelligence report depending on the Facebook profile of Neha Sharma and Pooja Ranjan (the alleged Pakistani agent disguised as an Indian girl).
There is no technical data from any leakage given to them by forensic laboratories or informants.
“When looking for my laptop, they found documents and they thought this might leak with malware.
ATS thinks everything happens in chat but actually can’t show a history of chat,” he said.
Email “Neha and Pooja) and Facebook ID show Indian domain names so how do I know that they are from Pakistan,” he wrote.
He further said the IP Pooja address was Romania and not Pakistan.
The letter also denied ATS claims in the FIR sheet and the charge requested by Nishant to be forgiven for what he had done.
“I’m not sorry for anyone,” he wrote.
“How do I know where 17-18 secret files are stored in the lakh document unless given access by seniors.
ATS does not find my external device signature.
There is no biometric scan or time signature too.
It is also possible that other people copy documents It uses their external device and moves on my laptop, “said the letter.
