BHAGALPUR: Twenty-eight from 35 missing oxygen tanks were strangely found in a mountainous location in the campus of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital (JLNMCH) here on Tuesday.
Seven lost strands are not yet been recovered.
The retrieval of these missing strands were created following the JLNMCH government threatened to lodge an FIR with the Barari authorities and constituted a three-member stunt board for producing an internal analysis with the support of close circuit television (CCTV) camera footage along with one-to-one query from paramedical personnel, physicians and security guards.
Medical superintendent in JLNMCH Dr Asim Kumar Das explained:”We regained 28 missing oxygen tanks dropped in an isolated location within the JLNMCH premises.
Staying missing oxygen tanks are also recovered shortly.
We don’t eliminate the palms of a few insiders and thus we’ve pioneered a comprehensive probe” The 35 mobile oxygen tanks were discovered missing last week in JLNMCH, a committed Covid-19 hospital in the area.
Even a three-member probe committee consisting of Dr P B Mishra, Dr Arjun Singh and Dr Kumar Gaurav was formed on May 28 to investigate the problem.
Apprehending the participation of paramedical personnel, nurses, and security guards in the hospital gates in addition to attendants of individuals, the JLNMCH government circulated a notice of caution regarding lodging an FIR concerning the same.
Dr Das said an FIR has been not yet been lodged as an inner invasion is on.
“Appropriate legal action will be removed in case somebody in your team members is discovered to participate,” he explained.
