KOLKATA: Actor-BJP boss Mithun Chakraborty, who turned 71 on Wednesday, was almost contested by Maniktala authorities for 45 minutes following an FIR was lodged against him because of his supposedly inciting comments during a campaign rally in Brigade Parade Ground on March 7.
Mithun had transferred Calcutta High Court to quash the FIR.
The dad had requested him to join with the analysis nearly before it reasoned hearing the situation.

A Trinamool employee had filed a police complaint on May 6 from Mithun in Maniktala police station for”instigating and sparking” BJP employees on the grounds where an FIR has been registered.
From the complaint, it was alleged that the celebrity opinions including”marbo ekhane, laash porbe shoshane” and”ek chobolei chhobi” were supposed to excite BJP employees.
Mithun’s urge Biman Sarkar told TOI:”The high court had ordered him to appear before the investigating officer by video conference.
This was held Wednesday at 10 am.
Throughout the dialogue, Mithun-da stated that the Election Commission hadn’t pre-vented him by saying some other movie dialogues throughout his attempts.
“But in addition, he underlined that he didn’t utter the contentious dialogue through the 2021 elections that’s been credited to him.
