Mizoram cm zoramthanga to present the state budget on February 24

Aizawl: Chief Minister of Mizoram Zoramthanga will present the state budget for 2022-23 on February 24 with assembly sessions scheduled starting from February 22, the DPR official said on Tuesday.
The Assembly Business Advisory Committee (BAC), chaired by Speaker Lalrliana Sailo, on Tuesday called a program for the upcoming budget session called by the Governor of the Cambedian Babu Day from February 22.
The committee decided that Zoramthanga, who also held a financial portfolio, will present the state budget on February 24, which will be forwarded by the Assembly before March 10 will be the fourth time Zoramthanga will present a budget during the current assembly period held by the General Election in 2018 .
The budget session will begin with the governor giving his customs address on the first day and, unless extended by BAC, will be postponed Sine on March 10.
