Aizawl: The number of Covid-19 cases crosses a 1-lakh sign with 1,02,629 infections recorded on Thursday in Mizoram, which has a population of 10,91,014 according to the 2011 census and 12.6 lakh population projections in 2021.
Meanwhile, Mizoram speaker assemblies Lalrliana Sailo was tested positive for Covid-19 on Thursday with his wife and son.
As Sailo and his son had no symptoms of Covid-19, they would be in a house isolation while his wife was treated at Zoram Medical College, The Lone Dedicated Covid Hospital near Aizawl.
