MLA escaped son who was imprisoned avoided the police, aide arrested

VARANATION: Mla Vijay Mishra Vinshu’s son, who along with his father and cousin was accused of rape cases, managed to escape after avoiding the police joint team STF and Gopiganj during the attack in Bhadohi Village on Tuesday night, but Audee and ‘Gram Pradhan’ (Village Head) Chandan Tiwari was arrested with two pistols.

However, before the police can enter the house, Wisnu managed to escape, leaving the 9mm gun and cartridge.
While checking the house, the police recovered one gun and cellphone.
“The police arrested Tiwari and recorded it under part 216 IPC and the Act of Arms section.
During the interrogation, Tiwari claimed that Vinshu had sheltered at his home.
Vijay has come in a fire line when the Aurai police ordered it under the GOONDA law on July 18, 2020 to issue a threat to a contractor, who received a contract to realize the toll road in Lalanagar Toll Plaza in the Aurai region.

SP Bhadohi said, “Taking action against complaints, Gopiganj Police have submitted FIR below section 376D, 342 and 506 IPC against Vijay, Wisnu and Vikas.
“In August, the reporter in the case of a rape of the gang has released a video allegating that he was threatened by Mishra, S and a fake case also nested to press it.
SP Bhadohi said that remembering his claim, the details were searched and revealed that a woman had filed a shot into it in Mumbai.
“We sent a letter to Mumbai police for the right investigation in this case,” he added.
