Coimbatore: Coimbatore North MLA Amman K Arjunan and Singanallur MLA KR Jayaram on Monday induce the collector to improve vaccination centers inside their constituencies.In his request, Arjunan reported the vaccination camp has been conducted exclusively at the same spot — primary gym at Maniakaranpalayam — at his section while the amount of individuals who obtained the jab is less in the area. “Formerly, the company inoculated individuals at 10 locations. Now, it’s been reduced into one. For this reason, folks crowd at this centre, which then could turn into a super spreader. Therefore, the district management should take action to offer vaccine in Kalveerampalayam, VNR Nagar, Maharani, Veerakeralam, KK Pudur, Muthukumar Nagar, Ganapathy, Rathnapuri and Gandhi Managar,” Arjunan added.Similarly, Jayaram asked the collector to take immediate measures to offer vaccine in Singanllur, Nanjundapuram. Sowripalayam, Neelikonanpalayam, Peelamedu, Palayur, Nesavar Colony and also Masakalipalayam. “Currently, vaccine has been made accessible exclusively at Varadharajapuram main gym and it’s been causing a great deal of inconvenience to the general public,” Jayaram added.
