M’Luru Doc sent legal notifications to the opposite VAX government

Mangaluru: Doctors based in Mangaloru have sent legal notifications to the state government, seek vaccination of students, faculties and other staff may not be made or prerequisites to resume physical classes in schools and colleges.

B Srinivas Kakkilaya believes that the “impressive” vaccine will be a violation of the basic rights of individuals.
Last month, Kakkilaya was ordered based on Karnataka epidemic disease acting to refuse to wear masks in supermarkets and argue with staff when they insisted.
He said he had treated Covid patients and that the government had made “stupid rules”.
Advocating Chidanand Kedilatray sent a notification in the name of Kakkilaya and three others, including a BA student and the parents of children studying in class 10.
Notice, sent to the minister of chairman, Secretary of Head, Deputy CM Ashwath Narayana and Minister of Education Suresh Kumar, asked for To take steps that appear to reopen the school and college without further delay.
It warns to start the process of the government in this case a move forward with vaccination mandates with students.
“There are several clear reports showing that the majority of citizens, both in India or abroad, have been infected by Covid and most of them showing the symptoms that have recovered.
The report also suggests that someone infected will develop immunity to infection from Coronavirus,” The notification said.
“The government of the State State is thinking to impose vaccination as a prerequisite for the opening of schools and colleges, (IT) not for the interests of students and such decisions can have legal sanctions.
