Ulhasnagar: Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (MMRDA) has gave sanctions RS 101 Crore for five main concrete roads of Ulhasnagar City in the Thane District.
These five roads include blocks to Sai Baba Mandir through Dolphin Club, Sonara Chowck Via Sharda Castle to Koyande, Vako Compound to Venus Chowck, Hira Ghat Mandir to Darby Hotel and Shyama Mukherjee Chowck to Shanti Nagar through Vithalwadi Railway Station.
Leelabai Ashan, Mayor of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation said, “These roads are in a bad condition and because Ulhasnagar Corporation has a lack of funds that we call demands before Kalyan Lok Sabha MP we are Shrikant Shinde which after several follow-up with the City Development Minister Eknath Shinde Sanction Funds for the road “.
The city of Ulhasnagar is the first city in Maharashtra who once had a maximum concrete road in the city when Pappu Kalani ruled in the Civic body.
