Mumbai: The case has been registered with four activists of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) and eight others for violating the Covid-19 norm by holding the Handi Dahi program at Worli Mumbai Central on Tuesday, police said.
Two MNS activists have been arrested, while searches have been launched to capture others, said an official.

MNS activists held the practice of Handi Dahi near Panchashil Nagar in Worli on Monday night, where people gathered, the official said.
Mumbai police previously issued a notification below the 38th part 149 CRPC “Handi’s forehead” committee, to prevent violations that could be punished, he said.
Notifications were also presented to the organizer in Worli, who violated the norm, following the actions taken, the official said.
A pine under the 188 part of the IPC and the relevant part of the Mumbai Police Act has been registered in this matter, he said.
